M/I HOMES STARTS CONSTRUCTION OF NEW MODEL HOME AT MCCORMICK WOODS IN OCOEE

Lake Mary, Fla. – M/I Homes has started construction of a new model home at McCormick Woods located off SR 429 and McCormick Woods Rd. in Ocoee. David G. Byrnes, area president at M/I Homes in the Orlando region, said the Savannah model will offer four bedrooms, three baths, a study, covered lanai, private courtyard and a two-car garage. The Savannah model has 2,719 square feet of living area and is priced from $239,990. The model is expected to be completed by mid-November. M/I Homes has 60 homesites available at McCormick Woods for homes priced from $208,990 to $399,990, Byrnes said.
