ICI Homes selects Prudential Tropical Realty to take over sales of single family homes at Grand Hampton in Tampa

TAMPA, Fla. -- ICI Homes has selected Prudential Tropical Realty of Tampa to take over sales of the single family luxury homes ICI Homes is building at Grand Hampton, located on Dunham Station Drive off Grand Hampton Drive and E. County Line Rd. in New Tampa. Rosemary Messina, vice president of sales and marketing for ICI Homes based in Daytona Beach, said ICI is building 24 new homes at Grand Hampton and recently started construction of a new model there. Priced from $469,900 ICI’s Teramo design boasts five bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and a three-car garage, Messina said.
