DiVosta Homes to Host Model Open House at ModelPark

VENICE, Fla. --- DiVosta Homes will host a model open house celebration from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 19 to showcase its four single-family model homes in the model park at IslandWalk at the West Villages, a gated community located on Salinas Street in Venice. Scott Mairn, vice president of sales and marketing for the South Florida Division of PulteGroup, DiVosta’s parent company, said IslandWalk’s open house festivities will include live music, refreshments and tours of all four model homes. Mairn said the new Gray Myst model offers three bedrooms and two baths in 1,392 square feet of living space with a two-car garage priced from $176,490. The Surrey Crest model offers two bedrooms and two baths in 1,701 square feet of living space with a two-car garage priced from $232,490. The Surrey Crest features a 17-foot by 22-foot great room, center kitchen island and walk-in closet in master bedroom. With 1,811 square feet of living space the Vernon Hill model home offers three bedrooms and two baths with a two-car garage priced from $238,490 and features a den, guest bedroom with bay windows and dual vanities in the owner’s suite bath. The Dunwoody Trail model, priced from $274,290 is the largest of the four new model homes offering 2,315 square feet of living space, two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, an open kitchen that overlooks its enormous great room, full guest suite with private bath and walk-in closets in all bedrooms. Mairn said DiVosta Homes is offering a wide range of personalized options at IslandWalk at the West Villages to make each home unique with a variety of distinctive floor plans for each model home, including outdoor living areas and expanded “flex” rooms. IslandWalk at the West Villages is a unique resort-style community that features such amenities as a guarded gatehouse, full-time activities director, state-of-the-art fitness center, tropical resort-style swimming pool, a dedicated lap pool, eight tennis courts, two Bocce ball courts, a half basketball court, a movement studio, an activity room, a craft room, an enormous gathering room with a fireplace, a library, catering kitchen, lakeside gazebo, children’s playground and miles of walking trails.
