Pulte Homes to Host Model Open House to Showcase Decorated Model Homes at The Quarry in Naples

NAPLES, Fla. --- Pulte Homes will host a model open house Saturday, Jan. 19 to showcase four decorated model homes at The Quarry, Pulte’s gated golf course community located off Immokalee Road in Naples. Scott Mairn, vice president of sales and marketing for PulteGroup in South Florida, said the homebuilder will provide live music and refreshments at The Quarry open house celebration, along with tours of the model homes from 1 to 4 p.m. The Bellingwood II model, which offers two bedrooms and two baths in 1,800 square feet of living space with a two-car garage, is priced from $307,990. The Bellingwood II features dual walk-in closets in the master bedroom, walk-in kitchen pantry and a den or optional third bedroom. The Dartmouth II model with 2,547 square feet of living space, offers three bedrooms plus a den and three baths with a two-car garage priced from $404,990 and features a guest suite with bay windows and a private bath, coffered ceilings in its great room and walk-in closets in all bedrooms. The Windsor II priced from $461,990, offers 3,078 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, three baths, two-car garage, a den or optional fifth bedroom, oversized kitchen island and coffered ceilings.
