Pulte Homes Opens New Four-Bedroom Windsor II Model Home at The Preserve at Corkscrew In Estero

Fort Myers, Fla. -- Pulte Homes has opened the new four-bedroom Windsor II model home at The Preserve at Corkscrew, the luxury gated community on Corkscrew Road in Estero. Scott Mairn, vice president of sales and marketing for Pulte Home’s South Florida Division, said the new Windsor II model home at The Preserve at Corkscrew offers four bedrooms and three baths in 3,078 square feet of living space with a two-car garage. Priced from $391,990 the Windsor II includes a den or optional fifth bedroom, a flex room and coffered ceilings in an enormous great room. The Preserve at Corkscrew, which opened last summer, is being developed by Cameratta Companies.
