Royal Oak Homes ends 2012 with sales of 199 New Homes
Orlando, Fla. -- Royal Oak Homes, which builds single family homes priced from the $150s to the $300s, ended 2012 with sales of 199 new homes throughout seven Central Florida communities.
In 2011 home sales for Royal Oak Homes totaled only 25.
Matt Orosz, co-president of the Baldwin Park-based homebuilder said by spring of this year Royal Oak Homes will be actively building in 10 communities.
The average price of a Royal Oak Home is $195,000.
Royal Oak Homes is a third-generation home builder whose track record boasts more than 14,000 new homes built in Central Florida over the past 30 years under the Cambridge Homes brand, one of the region’s most successful home builders in the 1980s and 1990s. Founded in 2011, Royal Oak Homes is rapidly becoming one of the largest and most active home builders in the Central Florida area, building in ten active communities in the region.
