Ashton Woods Homes has New Town Home Community Opening south of Downtown Orlando, first homes ready in Feb

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Ashton Woods Homes has started construction of the first of 66 town homes at its newest community of Copley Square, located near Downtown Orlando off Delaney and Michigan Aves. Michael Roche, vice president of sales and marketing at Ashton Woods Homes, said the three story town homes range in size from 2,046 square feet of living space to 2,363 square feet. Copley Square features three and four bedroom town homes with two full bathrooms with two half baths, and three full with one half bathroom, and two-car garages. Prices start at $249,990. Construction of the first new town homes will be completed this month (February), Roche added. Copley Square amenities include community swimming pool and cabana.
