Strong Sales at Veranda Palms Vacation Home Resort prompts Park Square Homes to start new phase early

ORLANDO, Fla. – Stronger than expected sales of new homes at Veranda Palms Vacation Home Resort on U.S. 192 in Kissimmee have prompted Park Square Homes to start development of a second phase six months early. Anthony Rouhana, marketing coordinator for Park Square Homes in Orlando, said phase 2A at Veranda Palms will include 73 single family 50-foot home sites. Most of the new home sites will offer premium conservation area views. New vacation homes at Veranda Palms will feature tile roofs, tankless water heaters, gas-heated swimming pools and many other energy saving features, Rouhana said. New four, five and six bedroom single family homes priced from $247,900 at Veranda Palms range in size from 1,567 square feet of living space to 3,298 square feet. The developer recently started construction of a security gatehouse at the entrance to Veranda Palms off U.S. 17-92. Park Square Homes is currently active in seven communities in Central Florida.
