Emerson International Leases 10,445 Square Feet of Office Space at Sanlando Center in Longwood
Altamonte Springs, Fla. --- Emerson International recently closed on a new lease agreement for 10,445 square feet of office space at Sanlando I, 2170 West S.R. 434, Longwood, FL
Kenneth Koch, director of leasing at Emerson International, negotiated the new long-term lease agreement.
Lisa Bailey of Morrison Commercial Realty participated in the transaction representing the new tenant, ATEC Systems.
