Royal Oak Homes sets sales record for January, selling 30 homes valued at More than $6 Million
Orlando, Fla. -- Royal Oak Homes, based in Orlando’s Baldwin Park, established a new sales record by selling 30 homes during January for a dollar volume in excess of $6 million.
Matt Orosz, co-president of Royal Oak Homes said the January sales were 300 percent higher than the same period in 2012 when Royal Oak sold 11 homes, and the highest during a single month since the homebuilder started operations.
During all of last year Royal Oak sold 199 homes totaling some $17 million.
“We’ll do even better this year,” Orosz said.
Royal Oak Homes is currently building and selling homes at 12 communities in Lake, Polk, Orange and Osceola Counties.
