Park Square Homes posts 29 percent jump in sales in 2012
ORLANDO, Fla. – Park Square Homes, reported its 2012 sales grew by more than 29 percent over 2011 sales.
Park Square Homes builds town homes, single family and resort vacation homes in 11 Orlando area communities.
Anthony Rouhana, sales and marketing coordinator for Park Square Homes, said much of the increase can be attributed to a rising economy and to several new communities Park Square Homes opened in 2012.
Park Square Homes recently announced it will start construction of 24 new homes at Solterra, a new resort style country community located on Ronald Reagan Parkway in Davenport south of Orlando near Disney and plans to start its first model home in March at Bellalago located off Pleasant Hill Rd. in Kissimmee.
Earlier this year Park Square Homes hosted a grand opening to showcase two new models at Summerbrooke in Mount Dora and a grand opening is scheduled for March 2 to premiere two new models at the gated town home community of Prairie Lake Reserve on N. Clark Road in Ocoee.
