Bradenton, Fla. --- Ryland Homes has started construction of the four-bedroom Frost II model home at Arbor Reserve, a new gated enclave of single-family homes located three miles west of I-75 on Lockwood Ridge Road one-half mile south of S.R. 70 (53rd Ave. E.) and north of University Blvd. in Bradenton.
Tony Crimi, vice president of sales and marketing for Ryland Homes in the Sarasota region, said the Frost II model home offers four bedrooms and two-and-one-half baths in 2,284 square feet of living space with a two-car garage.
Ryland Homes plans to build 52 new three and four-bedroom homes at Arbor Ridge that range in size from 1,481 square feet of living space to 2,600 square feet with two and three-car garages.
Crimi said the Frost II model home will open in April.
Arbor Ridge will feature a community swimming pool, cabana, a private park and lake views, Crimi added.
