Ashton Woods Homes plans new community in Sarasota region with 91 single family home sites

SARASOTA, Fla. --- Ashton Woods Homes has started land development of its next community located in Sarasota — Whitaker Park, off Richardson Road with 91 single family home sites. Michael Roche, vice president of sales and marketing for Ashton Woods Homes in the Tampa Bay region, said two model homes at Whitaker Park will get underway in June. Ashton Woods will build homes at Whitaker Park that range from 1,700 square feet of living area to 3,200 square feet with prices starting in the high $200s, Roche said.
