Henin Homes Opens Phase Three at Riviera Bella in DeBary

DeBary, Fla. – Henin Homes has broken ground on Phase Three at the Riviera Bella luxury community in DeBary overlooking the St. Johns River. Matt Boltz, vice president of Henin Homes, Inc., said Phase Three of the exclusive waterfront community will be made up of two villages — Villago with 14 patio homes ranging from 1,700 square feet of living space to 2,700 square feet, priced from the $190s. The other village in the new phase is Mediterra which will offer 20 single-family home sites homes ranging from 2,000 square feet to 4500 square feet and priced from the mid-$200s. Development of the two Mediterranean villages will be completed by the end of summer, Boltz said.
