Ashton Woods Homes starts presales at newest community of Carrington in Windermere

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Ashton Woods Homes has started presales at its newest community of Carrington located off Reams Road in Windermere. Michael Roche, vice president of sales and marketing for Ashton Woods Homes in the Orlando region, said 78 home sites will be available in the new town home community. Town homes at Carrington will range from 1,892 square feet of living area to 1,936 square feet in three and four bedroom designs, priced from $219,990, Roche said. Two models are now under construction and will be ready for viewing in May, Roche added.
