Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty closes on two long term lease agreements that total 6,500 square feet of office space in Lake Mary

LAKE MARY, Fla. -- Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty recently negotiated two new long term lease agreements that total 6,500 square feet of Class A office space at 719 Rodell Cove in Lake Mary. Roger Soderstrom, founder and owner of Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty, said International Commercial Specialist John Kurtz negotiated both lease agreements representing both the landlord and tenants. Physicians Associates LLC leased 4,500 square feet of office space for physician offices. Rebuilding Life LLC leased 2,000 square feet of office space with plans to open a Nuviva Medial Weight Loss Center. Soderstrom said the building is now 50 percent leased. The only space available in the building is the 8,100 square foot second floor suitable for professional or medical office use. The suite includes a private first class lobby and elevators as well as building signage rights on Rinehart Rd.
