DiVosta Homes opens two new model homes priced from the mid $200s at VillageWalk of Bonita Springs

BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. --- DiVosta Homes recently opened two new model homes priced from the mid-$200s at VillageWalk of Bonita Springs, located on Umiak Court in Bonita Springs off Bonita Beach Road S.E. east of I-75. Scott Mairn, vice president of sales and marketing for DiVosta Homes in South Florida, said the two-bedroom, two-bath Willow Bend model home at VillageWalk offers 1,927 square feet of living space with an enormous island kitchen, great room and dining room that open onto a lanai and an optional extended patio. Altogether that can total more than 600 square feet of space for family gatherings or social occasions. The Willow Bend model home is priced from $253,990 with a den and lanai off the owner’s suite and a two-car garage. The single-story Cambridge model home, with three bedrooms and three baths in 2,384 square feet, features the same spectacular open-space design: a huge open great room, kitchen and dining room that together encompass almost 600 square feet. Mairn said DiVosta Homes is also offering the Willow Bend and Cambridge floor plans at VeronaWalk in Naples. “The open concept is really taking off and the tremendous space inside these two new model homes offers decorating opportunities that can be breathtaking,” Mairn said.
