At the same time, Schwartz said two models at the Villages of Royal Palm are open for viewing – a four-bedroom, two-bath home with 2,226 square feet of living area plus two-car garage priced from $277,000, and a three-bedroom, two-bath model with 1,618 square feet of living space and a two-car garage, priced from $185,000.
