Winston James Development leases 1,050 square feet of commercial space at Beville Road Business Park in Daytona

South Daytona Beach, Fla. --- Winston James Development, which developed the Beville Road Business Park in Daytona Beach, recently reported it negotiated a new lease agreement for 1,050 square feet of commercial space there. Jamie Adley, president of Beville Road Business Park, said Beautiful Salon and Spa leased the space. The locally owned business is expanding, Adley said.
