Lennar Homes will have more than 260 homes ready for immediate move in by October in Tampa Bay region

TAMPA, Fla. --- Lennar Homes will have 262 new move-in ready homes completed by October throughout the Tampa Bay region. Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said the homes are located throughout its active communities in Hillsborough, Pasco and Polk counties and are priced from the $130s to $300,000. The move-in ready homes include both single family and townhomes that range from 1,300 square feet of living area to 4,000 square feet and 123 homes were completed and move-in ready starting in September at Lennar’s Tampa Bay area communities.
