Nine ready-to-move-in homes now under construction at Villages of Royal Palm in Port Orange

PORT ORANGE, Fla. — Winston James Development, the developer of the Villages of Royal Palm, the upscale community on Coconut Palm Circle in Port Orange, has nine homes under construction, slated to be completed and move-in ready by the end of the year or in early 2014. Jamie Allen Adley, president of Villages of Royal Palm, said the move-in ready homes range in size from 1,500 square feet of living area to 2,400 square feet. Prices of the homes, according to Adley, range from $174,000 to $300,000.
