Lennar’s Central Florida Division Opens Alexander Ridge in Winter Garden with 198 Home Sites

WINTER GARDEN, Fla. --- Lennar has started selling in its newest community of Alexander Ridge with 198 homesites located off Avalon Road in Winter Garden. Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida division, said two models will get underway at Alexander Ridge in the fall, and homes are selling from the $260s to $420,000. Metheny said Lennar’s homes at Alexander Ridge will range in size from 1,900 square feet of living area to 4,200 square feet on 55, 65 and 85-foot homesites. All Lennar homes at Alexander Ridge will feature the homebuilder’s “Everything’s Included” pledge: a wide range of GE energy smart appliances, special features and upgrades at the one Lennar “everything’s included” price, Metheny added.
