Brooksville, Fla. --- Pulte Homes has opened a new phase with 67 home sites at Trillium, located in Brooksville off County Line Rd. just east of the Suncoast Parkway. Sean Strickler, vice president of sales for Pulte Homes in the North Florida region, said new three, four and five-bedroom single-family homes on 50-foot home sites in the new phase at Trillium are priced from $136,990 and range in size from 1,447 square feet of living space to 3,242 square feet. Altogether, Pulte plans to build 893 new homes at Trillium in one and two-story designs. The sales center and Compton model at Trillium are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and from noon to 6 p.m. on Wednesdays and Sundays.
