Ashton Woods Homes Has Three Move-In-Ready Homes at its Tampa Community of Crenshaw Reserve

TAMPA, Fla. --- Ashton Woods Homes is offering three move-in ready homes at its Crenshaw Reserve community, located off W. Lutz Lake Fern Road and SR 41 in the Tampa Bay area. Michael Roche, vice president of sales and marketing at Ashton Woods Homes, said the new homes are priced in the mid-$200s with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and are situated on homesites with conservation area views. Roche said the three homes range in size from 2,132 square feet of living area to 2,315 square feet.
