Ashton Woods Homes offering two new product lines at Waterset in Apollo Beach

TAMPA, Fla. --- Ashton Woods Homes has two new product lines at its Waterset community located off Big Bend Road in Apollo Beach. Michael Roche, vice president of sales and marketing for Ashton Woods Homes in the Tampa Bay region, said one product line on 30-foot lots features three and four bedroom homes ranging from 1,866 square feet of living area to 2,549 square feet, priced from $199,990. There are currently 40 homesites available in the 30-foot section. Roche said Ashton Woods is also offering new three, four and five-bedroom designs on 55 foot homesites at Waterset. Five distinct designs are featured, priced from $269,990, and 16 homesites are available in the 55-foot section.
