Strickler said Bonvida offers another advantage: no Community Development District (CDD) debt, which means home owners avoid additional monthly CDD expenses. The Trentino II model home at Bonvida offers four bedrooms and two baths in 2,446 square feet of living space with a three-car garage priced from $221,990.
