TAMPA, Fla. --- Pulte Homes and Centex will host a family Holiday Fest with Santa Claus from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 7 at the Stonebrier Waterbridge and Stonebrier Sweetgrass communities, located in Lutz, north of the intersection between Lutz Lake Fern Road and Sunlake Blvd. Sean Strickler, vice president of sales for PulteGroup in North Florida, said Santa Claus will be on hand at both new home communities to pass out treats to visiting children along with free prizes, refreshments, and holiday music. Strickler said admission to the event is free and the public is invited to register at the Sales Center at 3202 Mapleridge Drive. Only 23 home sites remain for sale at Stonebrier Waterbridge, where Pulte Homes is building three and four-bedroom homes priced from $263,990. At Stonebrier Sweetgrass, where Centex is building three, four and five-bedroom single-family homes priced from $193,990, only 37 home sites remain for sale. “Stonebrier is one of our most popular communities in the Tampa Bay region,” Strickler said. With 12 distinctive floor plans in three, four, five and six-bedroom designs that range in size from 1,674 square feet of living space to 3,304 square feet, Stonebrier offers a lifestyle for almost every family, Strickler said. The Stonebrier community provides the opportunity to attend the area’s highly-rated schools including Steinbrenner High School, Martinez Middle School and McKitrick Elementary School. Available home sites include nature preserve views and water views, among many others. Stonebrier features a community clubhouse with a fitness center, a zero-entry resort-style swimming pool with water slide and a splash zone for children, a soccer field, a playground, tot lot, rock climbing wall and sidewalks throughout for walking or biking.
