Pulte Homes Grand Opening to Showcase four new Model Homes at Camden Lakes in Naples includes South Florida Firsts

NAPLES, Fla. --- Pulte Homes will host a grand opening on Saturday, Nov. 2, to showcase four new model homes at Camden Lakes, located west of I-75 in North Naples, off Livingston Road, just 1.6 miles north of Immokalee Road. Scott Marin, vice president of sales and marketing at Pulte Homes, said two of the models are part of a new portfolio of designer home styles Pulte is premiering in south Florida. The grand opening event from 1 to 3 p.m. is free and open to the public with live music, refreshments, and prize giveaways. All four new model homes, including the Martin Ray, Cameron, Windsor II and Weatherford, are professionally decorated and open for tours daily. “The Martin Ray model and the Weatherford model are part of a new series of Life Tested™ homes Pulte is unveiling for the first time in South Florida,” Mairn said. The Martin Ray model home, priced starting from $331,990, is shown with the third bedroom and upstairs loft/bedroom options, a third bath and a den. The base plan offers two bedrooms with two baths in 1,968 square feet of living space. The model brings the home up to 2,821 square feet of living space with exceptionally efficient engineering to cut energy bills. Pulte’s open floor plan features a rounded island kitchen that serves a spacious great room and opens onto an extended screened lanai with fire pit for entertaining and outdoor living space, Mairn said. One of the model’s consumer-inspired standard features is a raised dishwasher. The two-story Weatherford model home at Camden Lakes is shown with the fifth bedroom and bonus room options with four full baths and a half bath in 3,710 square feet. The base plan offers four bedrooms, three full baths and one half-bath in 3,347 square feet. Either way the Weatherford offers a tremendous living space with an island kitchen and nook that serves a huge great room and covered lanai. The Weatherford features a formal dining room off the entry foyer and a Pulte Planning Center® – a consumer-inspired design feature located off the kitchen – it’s a space to manage the busy home life and stay organized, Mairn explained.
