Pulte Homes to host Grand Opening Nov. 16 to showcase new Malibu Model Condominium Home at Sandpiper Cove in Jupiter

JUPITER, Fla. --- Pulte Homes will host a grand opening on Saturday, Nov. 16, to showcase its new Malibu model condominium home at Sandpiper Cove, 118 Black Ironwood Rd. in Jupiter off Military Trail near Indian Creek Parkway. Scott Mairn, vice president of sales and marketing at Pulte Homes, said the event, from 1 to 3 p.m., is free and open to the public. “Refreshments will be provided along with prize giveaways,” Mairn said. The Malibu model features an open floor plan with a spacious kitchen and great room on the ground floor along with a half-bath for guests and a rear-entry garage. Upstairs, two full privacy suites are separated by a loft. The owner’s suite features a second-floor balcony. “The Malibu plan is a model of efficient urban living. It provides a comfortable environment while allowing you to enjoy the conveniences of a fantastic Jupiter location with upscale shopping, unique dining, and beaches just miles from your doorstep,” Mairn said. Sandpiper Cove features a community swimming pool, cabana and a tennis court.
