BRADENTON, Fla. --- Ashton Woods Homes has opened The Retreat, an intimate luxury neighborhood with only 12 oversized home sites located off of 17th Avenue N.W. just west of 75th St. N.W. on Manatee Ave. in Bradenton. Michael Roche, vice president of sales and marketing for Ashton Woods Homes said the new luxury homes at The Retreat are priced from $329,990. Three, four, and five bedroom homes ranging in size from approximately 1,961 square feet to 2,750 square feet of living area are available with three-car garages.
