NAI Realvest Negotiates Two Lease Renewals in East Orlando Totaling 9,801 Square Feet of Office Space

ORLANDO, Fla. --- NAI Realvest recently negotiated two lease renewal agreements for a total of 9,801 square feet of office space located in two office buildings on High Tech Avenue in east Orlando. Senior Associate Mary Frances West, CCIM represented the landlord, Gregory Darroch of Longwood in a renewal agreement with the United States of America, US Army Corps of Engineers based in Mobile, Ala. with 5,932 square feet in the 11883 High Tech Ave. building at University Oaks Office Park. West also represented the tenant, Numera Social, LLC, now known as Imetrius Inc. d/b/a Numera, Inc. in a renewal agreement with local Landlord Liu Family, Ltd. Numera Inc. renewed their lease for 3,869 square feet at 11869 High Tech Ave. at the University Oaks Office Park.
