ICI Homes to host Grand Opening Dec. 7-8 to showcase new Salerno luxury model home at Grand Hampton in New Tampa

TAMPA, Fla. --- ICI Homes, which ranks as one of the most active luxury community developers in Florida, will host a grand opening Saturday and Sunday Dec. 7 and 8 to showcase the new Salerno luxury model home at Grand Hampton, the gated, master-planned community located in New Tampa between Bruce B. Downs Blvd. and I-75 just south of E. County Line Road on Dunham Station Drive. Rosemary Messina, vice president of sales and marketing at ICI Homes, said the Salerno model home offers contemporary styling and an open floor plan with four bedrooms, three baths and optional bonus room and additional full bath in 3,437 square feet of living space. The Salerno model is a customizable design and priced from $438,990, Messina said. Special features include an enormous great room served by a wide galley kitchen with an island and breakfast nook. ICI Homes plans to build 35 new homes at Grand Hampton priced from the $400s. Grand Hampton amenities include a community clubhouse and swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, tennis courts and children’s playground.
