NAI Realvest Negotiates New Lease at Kissimmee Shopping Center for a Hurley Active Wear Store

ORLANDO, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a new long-term lease agreement for 3,902 square feet at Kissimmee Shopping Center 2535 Old Vineland Rd. in Kissimmee. Paul P. Partyka, partner at NAI Realvest negotiated the transaction representing the landlord, Herndon, Va.-based KVOS, LLC. Hurley International LLC, an active wear and accessories retailer based in Costa Mesa, Ca. leased the space for its first clearance store. Partyka added that Kissimmee Shopping Center is Hurley’s third location in Central Florida. Other major tenants at Kissimmee Shopping Center include Nike, Beall’s, Dollar Tree, Tommy Hilfiger and Converse.
