Lennar Opens Villa Rilasare Community Center at Treviso Bay in Naples

NAPLES, Fla. --- Lennar Homes recently completed and opened the Villa Rilasare Community Center at Treviso Bay, the spectacular golf course community on Tamiami Trail between St. Andrews Blvd. and Collier Blvd. in Naples. Matt Devereaux, director of sales and marketing for Lennar Homes, said the new Villa Rilasare Community Center features a resort-style swimming pool with a poolside restaurant and bar, a separate children’s pool, a Pilates studio, a state-of-the-art spa and fitness center, and a private beach with chairs and hammocks. Lennar is building four different product lines at Treviso Bay – Classic, Coach, Executive Homes and the Verandas, priced from the mid-$200s. Among four designs in Lennar’s Executive series of homes is a one-story model that’s open daily at Treviso Bay – Sophia – with three bedrooms, three full baths, in 2,032 square feet of living area featuring an open concept floor plan and master suite with large walk-in closet and huge master bath priced from the low $400s. All new Lennar homes at Treviso Bay come with the homebuilder’s “Everything’s Included” pledge: upgraded features, appointments and finishes such as impact windows, granite counters, crown molding and stainless appliances, to name a few, all included in the one Lennar Homes price. Last but not least, home buyers at The Verandas at Treviso Bay are accorded free membership in the golf club with no dues or fees, and the Arthur Hills-designed PGA Tour Tournament Players' Club (TPC) golf course is open for play, Devereaux said.
