Meritage Homes Opens New Community in St. Cloud

ORLANDO, Fla. – Meritage Homes recently opened a new community — Nova Grove — in St. Cloud with 89 home sites. Brian Kittle, division vice president for Meritage Homes in the Orlando region, said work is getting underway on a model home called The Jackson with five bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,179 square feet of living area in a two-story design with a three-car garage. Homes at Nova Grove will range from approximately 2,581 square feet of living area to 3,467 square feet and priced in the mid-$200s, Kittle said. Nova Grove, located on Jack Brack Rd. off Narcoossee Rd. in St. Cloud is minutes from a new shopping center, SR 417 access and Southeast Orlando’s Medical City.
