Emerson International Negotiates Three Office Lease Agreements in Orlando, Maitland, Winter Park

Altamonte Springs, Fla. --- Emerson International recently negotiated three office lease agreements in Orlando, Winter Park and Maitland that total over 6,600 square feet of space. Kenneth Koch, director of leasing, negotiated one lease agreement representing Emerson, the landlord at Major Plaza II, 5750 Major Center Blvd. in southwest Orlando near International Drive. The new tenant, Abreu Tours, leased 2,858 square feet of space. Koch represented the landlord at 2600 Maitland Center Parkway in a lease expansion agreement for a total of 3,190 square feet. CREI Advisors is the tenant. Zac Starkey, Commercial Associate at Emerson International, negotiated a new long-term lease for 560 square feet of office space in Emerson’s Louisiana Office Park, 1177 Louisiana Ave. in Winter Park. The new tenant is Attaining Balance, Ltd.
