Royal Oak Homes adding additional model home at Avalon Reserve in Winter Garden, priced from High $200s

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Royal Oak Homes is adding a new show home to its model center at Avalon Reserve community with 66 oversized homesites located off Avalon and Marsh Roads in Winter Garden. Matt Orosz, co-president at Royal Oak Homes, said the new model will be a Hawthorne plan that features four to six bedrooms, three-and-a-half to five baths in 3,541 square feet of living area priced from the low 300s. ‘ “The Hawthorne is one of our best sellers and will be a nice complement to the existing Parker floor plan which has over 4,700 square feet,” Orosz said. Royal Oak Homes is offering four and five bedroom homes at Avalon Reserve that range from 2,500 square feet of living space to 4,700 square feet with prices ranging from the $260s to the mid-$300s.
