LENNAR IS PULLING OUT ALL THE STOPS JAN. 11 FOR GRAND OPENING AT FIDDLER’S CREEK IN NAPLES

Naples, Fla. --- Lennar Homes plans to pull out all the stops at the Jan. 11 Grand Opening of Fiddler’s Creek, the private residential golf course community located off Collier Blvd. between Naples and Marco Island. Matt Devereaux, director of sales and marketing for Lennar in southwest Florida, said four professionally decorated model homes will be open Saturday and Sunday. Food and beverages from will be served 1 to 3 p.m. (Saturday). Lennar will make every effort to showcase its most spectacular luxury homes at Runaway Bay at Fiddler’s Creek---the spectacular Bougainvillea model home priced from $625,990 and the three-bedroom Laurel model home, a masterpiece of luxury living priced from 725,990. The single-story Bougainvillea model offers three bedrooms and three baths in 2,800 square feet of living space with a three-car garage, Devereaux said. The open floor plan features a great room, island kitchen, dining room, nook and huge screened lanai---with an optional summer kitchen---that altogether total more than 800 square feet of space for family gatherings, social occasions or quiet time relaxing.
