M/I Homes has land development underway at Red Tail Reserve, its newest community in Lake County

LAKE MARY, Fla. – M/I Homes has started land development at its newest community Red Tail Reserve located in Lake County off SR 46. David Byrnes, area president for M/I Homes in the Orlando region, said the homebuilder will have 69 home sites when new home construction starts in November. New three, four and five bedroom single-family homes ranging from approximately 2,400 square feet of living area to 5,200 square feet will be priced in the $300,000 to $600,000 range. Byrnes said construction will start in November on one model home with four bedrooms, three baths in 3,900 square feet of living area, base priced at $349,990.
