Park Square Homes to open Second Phase with 73 Vacation Homes at Veranda Palms Resort in Kissimmee

Kissimmee, Fla. -- Park Square Homes will open a new phase with 73 luxury vacation homes in the fall at Veranda Palms Resort, located at 2500 Dharma Circle off Princess Way in Kissimmee just east of U.S. 192. Jeff Menzel, director of sales and marketing for Park Square Homes, said four, five and six-bedroom resort homes will range in size from 2,361 square feet of living space to 3,298 square feet with two, three, four and four-and-a-half baths. Sales of resort homes at Veranda Palms Resort were strong all last year and Menzel said vacation home sales normally surge in the fall. Vacation home buyers are about evenly distributed between Florida residents and families from the northeast and Midwest states, along with affluent European, Asian and South American families. In 2015 Veranda Palms Resort will open an amenity center with recreational, social and sports activities for every lifestyle.
