NAI Realvest Negotiates Sale of Former Midas Auto Service Building in Ormond Beach for $300,000

ORMOND BEACH, Fla. -- NAI Realvest recently negotiated the sale of the former Midas Auto Service Building at 60 N. Yonge St. in Ormond Beach for $300,000. The NAI Realvest Retail Team of Matt Cichocki and Mitch Heidrich brokered the transaction, representing the owner, Atlanta-based Midas Realty Corporation, a subsidiary of TBC Corporation. As the exclusive representative of TBC Corporation, the NAI Realvest Retail Team is marketing three other former Midas and Tire Kingdom locations in Central Florida. Lonnie and Sylvia Ritenour are the local buyers who plan to operate an auto service business at the 3,240 square foot facility that was built in 1990.
