SightPlan Named NAA Innovation Tank Grand Prize Winner

ORLANDO, Fla. — SightPlan, which is modernizing multifamily resident service and asset management, was named winner of the National Apartment Association Innovation Tank at the organization’s largest annual event. Joseph Westlake represented the company as one of three finalists who pitched their business ideas to ABC hit TV show “Shark Tank” veterans Barbara Corcoran and Kevin Harrington. Westlake presented SightWorks, the premier offering of the SightPlan family of products that enables property managers to organize a single site or an entire portfolio. SightWorks automates operational details helping owners and operators focus on the big picture of building great communities and improving asset value. “It was an incredible thrill to share the stage with Barbara and Kevin and get the instant feedback from the audience. Seeing their enthusiasm for SightWorks is the best reward for what has been a year of dedicated development by our team,” said Westlake. SightPlan has a unique approach to managing work orders, solving resident issues and enhancing asset value. The company’s premier product SightWorks combines collections of tasks, places and people in powerful ways to handle resident issues, work orders, preventive maintenance and make ready tasks, according to Westlake. SightPlan is a member of the University of Central Florida Business Incubation Program.
