Royal Oak Homes to offer its newest vacation home product at Marbella in Davenport in Polk County

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Royal Oak Homes will offer its newest vacation home product at its community of Marbella located on Andalusia Loop off North Boulevard in Davenport two miles east of U.S. 27 south of Disney. Matt Orosz, co-president at Royal Oak Homes said new vacation homes at Marbella offer four bedrooms, two baths and oversized swimming pools priced from the low $200s. Two models are open for viewing, Orosz said. There are 111 home sites at Marbella for new Royal Oak vacation homes.
