St. Augustine, Fla. --- Pulte Homes recently started construction of a new luxury Eastfield model home at its newest community of Village Lakes at Palencia located off U.S. 1 in St. Augustine.
Lyndsey Patterson, director of marketing for Pulte’s North Florida division, said the homebuilder is offering five different Life Tested® single-family floor plans at Village Lakes at Palencia with flexible living spaces and a range of room options and customizing features.
Pulte has 79 homesites in the community with 50- and 60-foot widths for new homes that range from 1,708 square feet of living area to 3,139 square feet, with from three to five bedrooms and two to four full bathrooms.
Patterson said Pulte’s Life Tested® designs are filled with special features only found in a Pulte home, like the Drop Zone at the Owner’s Entry, and the Super Laundry room.
Homeowners in Village Lakes at Palencia will enjoy access to a comprehensive package of amenities including a full service fitness center, 10-court tennis complex, four swimming pools and extensive walking and biking trails and paths. In addition, homeowners will have the option to purchase membership in Palencia’s Golf Club with use of an upscale golf course and country club facilities.
Village Lakes at Palencia homeowners will have a myriad of shopping and entertainment opportunities within Palencia’s outdoor Village Center. The new neighborhood is walking distance to Palencia Elementary along with numerous parks and a children’s playground throughout the master planned community, which is only minutes from historic downtown St. Augustine.
A community grand opening featuring tours of the new Eastfield model is planned for the fall.
