Ryland Homes Opens Phase 7 at Carolina Park in Mount Pleasant

CHARLESTON, S.C.  -- Ryland Homes has opened Phase 7 with 84 homesites at their Carolina Park community located off Carolina Park Blvd. and Hwy. 17 North in Mount Pleasant.

Gayle Jinks, vice president of sales and marketing for Ryland Homes in the Charleston-Myrtle Beach areas, said most of the homesites with at least 60' frontage are adjacent to protected wetlands and many have pond views.

Ryland is offering seven distinct floor plans in two and three-story designs at Carolina Park ranging from 2,072 to 2,964 base square feet, Jinks said.  New three and four bedroom homes in Carolina Park’s newest phase offer two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms and are priced from the $410s

Two decorated model homes are open daily for touring at Carolina Park -- the three-story Coosaw model with four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths in 3,206 square feet of living space with a detached two-car garage;  and the two-story  Thompson, with 2,446 square feet of living space, three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths with a bonus room and a detached two-car garage.

The Thompson floor plan features a downstairs master bedroom, “a design very popular with today’s home buying families,” Jinks said.

Carolina Park also has a townhome section that’s underway at the community which is convenient to the Mount Pleasant Town Center, downtown Charleston, the beaches and new hospitals.

Amenities on site include a Junior Olympic-size, zero entry swimming pool, tennis courts, a nautical playground and walking and biking trails.
