ORLANDO, Fla. --- Meritage Homes, which builds single family and townhomes in 19 communities in central Florida, has promoted Brian Kittle to division president.
Phillippe Lord, chief operations officer for Meritage based at the corporate headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ, said Kittle joined Meritage Homes seven years ago as director of sales, moved up to vice president of sales, and more recently served as division vice president.
Kittle, who earned his B.S. Degree in Business Administration from Youngstown State University in Ohio and an MBA from Ohio State, has more than 15 years of experience in the homebuilding industry including management positions at several other national homebuilders prior to joining Meritage. ‘
“Brian is a dynamic leader and he has grown a top-performing team for Meritage in Orlando. We look forward to having him at the helm in the years to come,” said Lord.
As division president Kittle will continue to oversee the Orlando division’s sales, purchasing, construction operations including new community process and customer care.
