LONGWOOD, Fla. -- Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty was named sales and marketing agents for The Peninsula at Island Lake, an exclusive enclave of 11 waterfront and conservation view home sites in Longwood.
Roger Soderstrom, founder and owner of Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty, said the custom home sites in the private gated community range from one-half acre to more than one acre and are priced from $95,000 to $115,000.
Within the first two weeks of project launch, Soderstrom said three of the homesites with custom homes have already been sold. Custom home prices including lots range from the $400s to the $700s.
International Luxury Home Specialist Marisol Santiago Soderstrom is representing the property.
The Peninsula at Island Lake is a signature development of Oakwood Construction and Development who is also developing the luxury Palermo Vista villa community in the Longwood-Lake Mary area.
The approved builders at the Peninsula at Island Lake are Castle Rock Custom Homes, Wettermann Homes and Oakwood Construction.
Soderstrom said she’s targeting area professionals working in the Longwood/Altamonte Springs and Maitland/Winter Park areas.
“Prospects are drawn to this community because of its private and secluded location, premium water and conservation view home sites and convenience,” she said.
The Peninsula at Island Lake is located in the heart of Seminole County within minutes of the Altamonte Mall and Florida Hospital to the south, and South Seminole Hospital and the new Longwood Sunrail station to the north.
