Pulte Homes has First Model Under Construction in New Community Amaranda at Fiddler's Creek, Sales are Underway

NAPLES, Fla. -- Pulte Homes has started construction of its first model home – Summerwood – in Amaranda at Fiddler’s Creek its new 71-homesite neighborhood within the master planned community located off of Collier Blvd., three miles south of U.S. 41 in Naples. 

Sales have already begun, and the model grand opening is planned for the weekend of February 24-25, according to Josh Graeve, vice president of sales for PulteGroup’s Southwest Florida Division. “We have seen a tremendous response from prospects who are surprised they can get a brand new Pulte Home in this prestigious community from the upper $300s,” he said.

Pulte Homes has Two Models under Construction and Sales are Underway at Orange Blossom Ranch in Naples
