Pulte Homes has First Model Under Construction in New Community Amaranda at Fiddler's Creek, Sales are Underway

NAPLES, Fla. -- Pulte Homes has started construction of its first model home – Summerwood – in Amaranda at Fiddler’s Creek its new 71-homesite neighborhood within the master planned community located off of Collier Blvd., three miles south of U.S. 41 in Naples. 

Sales have already begun, and the model grand opening is planned for the weekend of February 24-25, according to Josh Graeve, vice president of sales for PulteGroup’s Southwest Florida Division. “We have seen a tremendous response from prospects who are surprised they can get a brand new Pulte Home in this prestigious community from the upper $300s,” he said.

The Summerwood model is a versatile one-story design with from 1,861 to 3,077 square feet of living area.  It offers a large kitchen island overlooking the gathering room and two to five bedrooms with two or three bathrooms. Special designer features include a zero-corner sliding glass door, impact windows, stainless steel appliances, quartz kitchen countertops and tile floors throughout.
