Pulte Homes to Host Feb. 3 Grand Opening of Multi-Million Dollar Amenity Center at Greyhawk at Golf Club of the Everglades

NAPLES, Fla. --- Pulte Homes  will host a grand opening Saturday, Feb. 3 to showcase a new, multi-million dollar resort-style amenity center at Greyhawk at Golf Club of the Everglades its gated community off Vanderbilt Beach Rd., nine miles east of US-41 and Mercato. 

Rich McCormick, president of PulteGroup in Southwest Florida, said admission to the Grand Opening with refreshments and entertainment in the elegant clubhouse is free and the public is invited from 1 to 3 p.m.

The much anticipated, newly completed 9,000 square foot clubhouse features a restaurant, a full bar, gathering lounge, card room, and a fitness center and movement studio. The innovative and modern clubhouse was designed by MHK Architecture and Planning, and built by Deangelis Diamond Construction of Naples.  

Residents will enjoy indoor and al fresco dining overlooking a lake and the heated resort-style pool with lap lanes and a spa.   Outdoor living is enhanced by the lounge area with bar service and a flat screen TV, along with a lakeside fire pit area. 

Five tennis courts, three pickleball courts, three bocce courts and an event lawn with stage are among the magnificent amenity center’s recreational facilities.

New luxury homes at Greyhawk at Golf Club of the Everglades available in 12 distinct floor plans range in size from 1,671 square feet of living space to over 3,900 square feet are priced starting from the low $400,000s.  Four furnished and decorated models are open daily.

Pulte plans to build 550 single-family residences at Greyhawk at Golf Club of the Everglades that will be spread across 500 acres of nature preserve and lakes, surrounded by the community’s landscape and a Rees Jones-designed championship golf course with an exclusive club limited to just 295 members.
